The Goodwill in Monroe is part of an e-recycle program that is paid for by a tax that is paid by electronics manufacturers. So yes you can take old broken electronics and drop them off at Goodwill.

Yes they do. They do not have to work just let them know it does not work and they will recycle it for you. I used to work there

They take both working items to sell and dead electronics for e-recycling. E-recycling is stacked on pallets to the right of the drop-off line.
