Very Poor Customer Service The Manager Nilam The Indian Lady Is very Rude She Will Open Your Door Without Knocking She charges Everyone Different Prices To Rent There Me And A Friend Had our Own Room With Just us no other guest Nilam charged. Me 140 and my friend 250 when you ask for a receipt her and her father will nolonger take your money they start to yell just very Rude people and not worth 140 a night at all ..

Always Fair

If you don't know Tucson very well think twice before booking this hotel. Very overpriced and the room was very underwhelming. The shower head was only 5ft high on the wall and I am 6ft and the shower was so tiny I felt like a giant.

I've came here about 5 times now, it's an older place but cleaner then some of the new hotels. This Lady is friendly and makes sure you are comfortable with your stay here.

For the price you could do a lot better. The room was dirty, the bathtub and shower needed replacing let a lone scrubbed. The curtains had holes in them and wouldn't close. The bedding wasn't any better. It looked like they hadn't been replaced in years. They charge $99.00 per night and it should be more like $50.00 per night. Oh the towels omg it looked like someone had used the towels to clean the floors they were so stained. Overall it was a terrible experience.
