Was a good room but lots of flies an random roaches. No fridges or microwaves in the rooms, door didn't stay closed well and the deadbolt never worked. Linoleum floors turned our feet black due to lack of cleaning. Had someone walk into the room but was just a mistake. Nice enough but couldn't really enjoy the amenities due to homeless asking for stuff and rude guests dominating the pool area like it was personal turf. I hate Phoenix.

I have stayed at every option in the area with a similar price point, and this is by far the best choice in my experience. The simple reason is the staff. In particular I would like to mention Nikki at the front desk clerk. Nikki has always displayed professionalism, cheerfulness, and hospitality. She’ll ‘leave the light on for ya’.

The non-smoking room that we got wreaked of cigarettes and has such a strong odor of ash that it gave me a horrible headache. A bath& body works candle sorted that no problem after a few hours. The room was a little filthy, what looked like maybe some blood stains on the wall? They were burned holes all throughout the bed. A lovely sign paired with the door telling you to lock all of the locks for your own safety. Lol this place is definitely a little more wild than any motel 6 I've ever been to. Management was friendly enough but it doesn't undo the fact that cleaning staff is very clearly not doing their job. Sheets should always be taken off the bed and washed. I get a distinct feeling that that does not happen here. It's very clear the showers are never cleaned. They were weird blood stains or whatever stains in the shower too. What looked like maybe Hot Cheeto fingers across the shower curtain? It was honestly just a lot to deal with. I mean it's an okay place to just sleep real quick and then dip out in the morning. But even at that the bed is so uncomfortable. So worn out that the springs don't even bounce back up. There's a permanent dip in that bed.

If I could give this place negative stars then I would. Horrible experience. I asked for a 1st floor room because my boyfriend is handicapped, they tried giving me a second floor room despite my request at the booking time. Then they gave me a first floor room but the air conditioning didn’t work at all and the room was hot and stuffy. They had maintenance come and all they did was put a new filter in, turn around and walk away not addressing the problem of the switch working. Air still didn’t work and they basically said oh well. Not to mention all the lights in the room were out as well. I decided to ask for a refund and go somewhere else. They said they put it back on my card, only to find that didn’t and kept the money. I had to contest the charge with my bank to get it reversed. Not to mention when I was in the office trying to get things resolved, there were numerous people that also came into the office with issues. Keys not working, one guy had literally just gotten his room and used the bathroom and his toilet completely overflowed. Every person just kept coming in with issue after issue. Oh and when I checked in I was told my room wasn’t ready but I could have a room that either didn’t have a working TV or air for a discounted rate. What kind of business are they running???? Run fast don’t stay here!! Management was also rude
