The rooms are filthy. The rooms are in need of paint and furniture replacement. The dressers are falling apart.There holes in the walls. Cigarettes burns everywhere. It's infested with cockroaches. So much overpriced for what the rooms look like. The only positive thing about it is the manager or the owner she has been really nice to me any other hotel in the area is probably better but more expensive. Looking at this place it should probably be condemned.

The place isn't as bad as people say. If you're just passing thru and need a night or 2 for cheap, awesome. But week to week is a no go. Same with any other place in a bad area of Phoenix.. you get what you pay for and from my experience the place was alot more calm and collected. My room was clean too. Didn't have any pest either.

Look for a white taho the driver is named Ben...
The nightly is 55 with 10$ deposit on week days and 65 with same deposit on weekends
For the same price as here, you can get a better room at a weekly hotel.
I believe the only way would be at their front desk. Last I had heard they don't do much online. At least for this location.
To access the Wi-Fi you go to the front desk and they give you the password.

Sorry Tony I really don't think so. But they're really friendly and I'm sure they'll do whatever they can to make your stay there a lot more comfortable.
