Spoke with Katy about my renewal and she was very helpful! Great customer service. I was always afraid of asking for an extension but I was able to push back my ticket an extra week! Don’t be afraid to ask and communicate with this business I’m sure they would be willing to help out IF THEY CAN! I also noticed their APR is definitely one of the best I’ve seen. I’ve had a great encounter with the owner I believe also that was very fair. Justin and his crew are THE BEST! It doesn't matter if your pawning a $5 tool or a $50,000 gold necklace, they treat you with the utmost respect and exceptional customer service you deserve.
