I have to rate this place because trusting someone with my laundry is a big deal personally. And my first time using a different laundry service was a bad experience, in exactly the ways I was afraid of. I switched to Laundry Party as a brave 2nd attempt and I've been using them for around a year now. They are reliable, convenient, responsive, and in my experience, trustworthy. None of my stuff has been damaged and the turnaround for service is super prompt (laundry is returned the following day unless you request same day service). The fact that I can have my laundry washed, dried and folded for me, and that it doesn't stress me out handing it off to someone else, means the world. So I have to spread the word and say thanks! ❤

Laundry Party is legit one of the best things to happen to me. I'm not a fan of spending money on things I can do myself, but Laundry Party is so awesome I'm happy to spend my money with them. Online ordering is awesome. Don't need to talk to anyone. The bag they give is huge and holds (for me) 2 weeks worth of clothes, towels, sheets. Laundry comes back smelling like my mom did them, and they use natural and hypoallergenic which is amazing. They even fold them with the same precision you would expect at some fancy clothing store. Can't say enough good things about Laundry Party, so glad to have found them.

There are only a few things that can go wrong with a laundry service, and we experienced them all on our first and only order. My wife's pants came back covered in stains, we got several pieces of someone else's laundry, and a few pieces were missing from our laundry. Our phone messages were not returned and they never seem to actually answer the phone. They did respond to email, but without remorse. Update: we’ve tried a few more times and things have gone better.

No you can't wash your clothes here. Laundry Party isn't a laundromat. It's a service that will wash your clothes for you and deliver them back to you cleaned and professionally folded.
Laundry Party is a laundry service, not a laundromat. We will pickup your laundry at your doorstep, wash and fold it, and then deliver it back to you. We do accept credit cards and you can pay for and schedule your laundry pickup and delivery all through our website. And yes, we do have a sink.
