Being a Tour Operator, I have worked with this company for years. I have never been let down by the office staff or the drivers and their equipment. Even when something happens [and it will from time to time not matter what], Kingsmen drivers are always quick to remedy any situation. Drivers are professional and friendly to the point that we have a hard time promising the customers the drivers they request.
