I've visited twice during the pandemic and can attest to the Fact that they seem to Require the employees and customers wear masks and they've limited the number of people allowed to wait for their vehicles... 😷☮️
If you want to fix it yourself, I would recommend asking for an advice in BMW forums. Or you can setup an appointment with BMW of Roseville so they can adjust it for you.
