Addressed the late night pool noise if you are on the pool side. Security needs to be visible and around. In the past it was better. Breakfast is good. Front desk is helpful.

Great place near Westgate and Gila River, I stopped by for a night got the presidental suite, amazing room, sadly didn't spend enough time in it. The breakfast was great eggs, meats and my favorite waffles!

Although the staff was respectful and nice but we had a bad experience. We had issues with the dishwasher in the room but it was left as it is. The maintenance guy was sent but was of no use. I asked for the manager on duty but was told they were busy and would talk later to us. The dishwasher smelled badly and we had to do dishes by hand every night. This is the treatment given to customers staying more than 15 days. at least compemsate giving Bonvoy points?

One of preferred stays when I’m in the area for work. It is very clean and service is great. It’s in a good location, walking distance from Westgate District, the outlet mall, and the Cardinal stadium. Access to the 101 loop and near good convenience stores. I really like the amenities from the business center to the fire pit out near the pool. I also like the meeting areas where groups can hang out in the lobby. You can also find snack and toiletries in the Market. I especially like the decor all around the hotel. They offer free parking and free cold breakfast (yogurt, cereal, pastries, oatmeal, juices, etc), as well as comp coffee and tea. I appreciate the dairy free options they provide. It’s a great place for long term stays; my room was equipped with a kitchenette, which included cookware, dishes, coffee pot, full fridge and stovetop. There’s dining area, full couch, work station desk and bathroom suite. I’d like to thank Chris for assisting me with my very last minute reservation. He was very welcoming and helpful.
