This is my favorite place to stay. The staff are great. The residents are respectful and always give you a hand if you are struggling with something. Never had any problems. Thank you for a great place to stay.

I"m enjoying my stay here. The rooms are nice and clean, but I do have a couple of issues that need attention but have no doubt that they will be addressed.
nota chance
Ok location. Not to many tweakers for the area. Weekly/ Monthly rates are good. 2 burner stove top. Full size fridge. Key card to enter hotel. Hot shower. Good size bathtub. Mircowave and room service every 2 weeks.

If there was an option to leave Zero stars, I would. If you’re thinking about booking here, just don’t. My husband and I checked in on 3/24 with the intentions of staying the entire week as we begin our house search in the greater Phoenix area. We ended up checking out of the hotel by 10pm same day and went to another hotel instead for several reasons. -Hotel Lobby wreaked of marijuana and cigarettes upon check-in -Several transients on the property and questionable individuals lingering near entrance. -Elevator had trash, clumps of pet hair and dirt all over the floor and wreaked of marijuana and cigarettes. The rug was torn also. -Room key was touchy and difficult to get into our room -Holes in the bathroom door -Upon booking we were told we would have access to free cookware/kitchen tools during our stay. This was not true and we found out we would have to purchase it. This included a coffee maker. -Several people arguing/fighting in the hallways -Transient individual going through trash on the property for several hours, complaint was made and did not witness hotel staff go and speak with him. Unsure if this is legal or not but was unsettling as a guest. -Asked for more pillows early in the day. Never got them. -Several roaches in the room, watched them crawl up the wall then under the floorboards and trim around the room. -Watched roaches crawl out of the bathtub/shower drain. -Witnessed several people doing illicit drugs in the parking lot (some even right outside the hotel entrance). -Drug paraphernalia in the parking lot and surrounding the entrance. -Very noisy neighbors in the evening… on both sides of us. Barking dogs down the hall. -Attempted to contact the front desk and other numbers on list for assistance in most of these matters but was not able to reach anyone until after we had decided we would be leaving. We left late evening on 3/24 and went to another (much nicer) hotel nearby. Although our short time here was a terrible experience, I will say it was very kind of the Woodspring Suites staff to refund part of our stay we had paid for. I really don’t ever post reviews but I felt this was important. I don’t like to complain either but there were so many issues not to. This is a very affordable hotel but in my opinion not at all safe, clean, or worth what we were paying. If you’re thinking about booking here, please consider staying at another affordable hotel in the Phoenix area.

Not really. The lot is pretty small. However, there is an area off to the left when u first enter that might accommodate you. It would be worthwhile for you to call them to ensure this is allowed or if any of the lots right next to them could accommodate.
It's $329 before taxes; I have a pet, which adds $5 per day and I'm paying $1319.17 for 30 days (which is less than 329/7*30). No deposit, but you pay up front. There is a guest laundry ($2.50 wash, $2.25 dry; accepts credit/debit card with no fee) and three vending machines. Several fast food places and two supermarkets plus Walgreen's and Auto Zone within walking distance.
