We ended up as a party of 6 here at the Homewood Suite by default, because of the pool not being available at our 1st choice. This Hilton met all our needs in making this a successful Birthday meet-up with friends. The room choice made the most difference. It met our needs in size, full kitchen and the open area for gathering. The suite was clean if not a little dated. The elevator went out without notice leaving us to use the stairs to get from the 4th floor. Or travel to the other side of the building through a maze of long hallways. The 1am call from the front desk, to request that we not smoke in the rooms or the fire department would be called, did not help our sleep pattern. A faulty alarm sensor was the culprit when we arrived to complain about the call the following day. Would I book this particular Homewood Suite in the future YES. We all agreed that we had a nice time.

I had a great six nights at this location. LOCATION: I have to say that the location is not great just because there's not a lot around it other than business areas but it's pretty convenient. There is a convenience store about a block away and a grocery store less than a 2 minute drive. HOTEL: The hotel rooms were great. This is one of the better hotel rooms I have ever had. It they all come with a full size bedroom that separate with a door and a nice bathroom. They also come with a really good sized living room and full size refrigerator and microwave and kitchen complete with a stove to cook on if you want to and dishes. I thought it was a great value for the money to have a room that big. I thought the pool area was nice and the fitness center was a little smaller than most but it was still very adequate. There is also a complimentary airport shuttle and complimentary breakfast every day. I usually have pretty bad luck when I travel in that I always end up next to someone who's loud or under somebody that's stomping around all night. This was the first hotel I have ever stayed at where I can honestly say I never heard anyone from another room the whole six days I was there. We were on the top floor but I just feel everything is built really well and insulated better than average because it was so quiet that it really made my experience much better. STAFF: the staff and front desk were super helpful. Every time we needed something they were very happy to help. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five for service is because extended stay hotels don't need to provide as much. Anything I needed they were happy to help with though. Overall, I think the hotel is a great value for the money especially if you're staying more than a day or two. Having a bigger room with a kitchen and table it's very beneficial.

Started out great with an upgrade to 2 bedroom suite upon check in in via app. Once we arrived late in the evening Patrick and other employee were friendly and got us checked in quickly. Room was large, spacious, clean, and comfortable temperature. Beds were comfortable with nice pillows. The room was very quiet -- we were on the end of the wing. HIGHLY recommend the 2 bedroom suite --- great option for families. Breakfast was adequate -- never expect anything too great from free breakfast at a hotel. Gathering area / dining area was large and nice views to patio / pool area. Pool was decent size, lacked an abundance of lounge chairs, but wasn't busy so all was good. Along with pool and hot tub, there is a nice patio area in the garden area too -- situated between two wings of the hotel. Check out was easy too. I would highly recommend this hotel -- super close to the airport but yet off major highways and quiet.

This Homewood Suites location is central to many restaurants and shops. I love the room choices and cleanliness of the hotel. The breakfast is amazing and the pool was nice. The one issue that I keep having is checking in without issue. During my first stay, my digital key would not work, but the manager assisted with correcting this. However, on my most recent visit 2/19- 2/20, Mary, the front desk clerk, displayed unprofessional behavior. Mary berated me for not knowing my reservation number, refused to look me up when I provided identification, and was rude to my wife. Mary then informed me that she did not see my reservation in the system, and that I was at the wrong Homewood location despite previous stays. When asked to speak to management, Mary laughed it off and informed me that “it doesn’t matter.” I love this hotel and will return for the amenities and comfort, but Mary could be better at basic customer service.
