If you're referring to the duplex in the community, we do rent it out, however it is currently not available. If you'd like to talk to someone about possibly renting it in the future, please contact 757-877-2398.

There are currently no mobile homes for rent from Franklin Mobile Home Sales, Inc. (as of 8/31/20). However, we encourage you to drive through the park to see if there are any homes for rent by their owner. Keep in mind that before you occupy a home, you will need to submit an application with Franklin Management Company. Please call 757-877-2398 with any questions!
