Not happy at all. They have their own parkingspace but still charged me 38$ For parking. What ?!?! rude stuff !! refused to talk to me and refused to give any information untill I had payed the 38US$ upcharge for the parking. ALAMO- Never again !

Address is not clear!!!! We returned a car here and if we hadn’t looked up where it was and read other reviews would have struggled and possibly caused all sorts of traffic problems. George Yu was particularly helpful both in returning and collecting a car after our 3 day stay in San Francisco. Big surprise that we had to pay a drop off fee which neither we nor our agent knew about until our voucher arrived. This had been a trip which had been postponed on two occasions due to covid restrictions in the UK and the USA. George helped us select the most suitable car for us and it had GPS without further charges, unlike the branch at San Francisco.

There's street parking around, but it's metered and you need to refill it after every few hours during the day. You might be better off parking in one of the SFMTA garages nearby.
The cars are always in a parking lot for pickup and drop off. For me, Alamo is the best!!

It would have to be in your contract already...or calling Alamo to alter ,,,have contract in your hand....would most probably change your amount to be paid
No. They follow office hour. Airport office allows 24h returns.

Apt to handle if you have a valid license. I rented with 67 years and it went very well. Rent fast, excellent service and no problems.
