I agreed to pay a deep clean because my car really needed it after months , I have never paid that much money but the sales person promised the car would look like new and I said okay. When I pointed out this new stain at the end they said it would evaporate, that it was normal from the cleaning work. Bottom line, I paid too much for a new stain.

I have used this service for about 3 years, on and off. The reason I use it is convenience. It certainly isn’t because their service is consistent with the price. They do a decent job. I came back today because it was , again, convenient to where I live. They have always tried to upswell me in a detail or another service option. It’s $45 for a basic wash and vacuum. This does not include wiping down the interior. Today, she asked if I wanted additional vacuuming because the basic vacuuming doesn’t really get much. What kind of service is this? So, I decided I am not returning. Too expensive for q basic service with the push for an up sale that I shouldn’t be required to buy to get a good clean job done..

BS place. Ridiculous price negotiation with fairly relentless woman in office. I was not gonna pay $250 for services I didn’t need. Agreed to pay $100. Told me my car would be done in 45-50 mins. Said it twice. An hour later my untouched car was in the same spot with different cars in front of it. Office lady lied that no cars were moved in front of mine. I said where’s the white Subaru that was in front of me? How did this Range Rover get ahead of me? She said that car was next to you. Straight up lying. The best service was getting refunded.

I was hesitant to purchase the full deal at $350.00, the clerk worked with me to find a better service and price. I'm really happy with the semi-detailing. They even looked over it with us and took the time to hit little spots we cought. Definitely going here again.
