So sad to say that I was very disappointed in the service that was received. Water spots everywhere and most noticeable on the grill, windows were dirty and streaky, especially the moon roof. The third row seemed untouched and had trash in the cup holder’s and when I opened the trunk it wasn’t vacuumed properly! Wasn’t worth the price. My dash had so many marks/stains from the product that he kept spraying in the car which was mainly used on the driver and driver passenger side. Wouldn’t go back I think the 8.99 car wash that I drive through honestly leaves it cleaner which is definitely saying something.

Im only giving this 4 stars because of the exceptional customer service I received from the gentleman who was checking cars in at the front of the line. Greeted me with enthusiasm and a great demeanor first thing in the morning. I was first in line and then went to lay for my wash. About 10 minutes later, I see the same gentleman looking good fir me because he needed my security code to start my car🤦🏻‍♀️. I felt awful because I clearly bend up the line. But this gentleman, again, was so kind and didn’t seem frustrated( I might be in that circumstance) and was incredibly kind and understanding. Thank you and props to him for great customer service on 9.28.2021. However… after paying a hefty amount to have my truck cleaned, I was extremely disappointed that not even my dashboard was cleaned properly. It’s like that step was forgotten. I went to the car to pay to have them clean it better than I do and sadly that was not the case. If it hadn’t been fir the cyst service I received at the beginning m, I would have rated this a 1 star.

I keep going back thinking it’ll be better the next time but each time I go the backseats and trunk never get cleaned after they say they would. Overpriced for what it’s worth. And I got a higher priced package this time and it was no cleaner, if not less clean, then the guy in front of me who got a cheaper package.
