We have lived in East Layton the past 6 years and recently moved to kaysville. Our garbage was always picked up when we lived in East Layton and the occasional time that we didn’t set it out on time, the waste company was kind enough to drive back and get our garbage when I called . Well NOT Robinson Waste. I’ve called a couple times because our garbage can wasn’t picked up, we set it out that morning since they are so inconsistent with the time they show up so we thought we had time. And somehow it was missed. Well their dispatch employee, a woman, was very unprofessional and rude. She said they had proof from the driver that my garbage cans were emptied, well apparently this driver is lazy and is not doing his job because my garbage cans weren’t emptied. We had to wait the whole week for it to be picked up. On top of that, she mentioned how expensive it was to drive the truck back to my street when I told her I could hear the truck around the neighborhood still. 🤣 some people. I also called kaysville city and all I was told was they couldn’t do anything else about it. 🙄🤦🏻‍♀️ Very unprofessional employees and inconsistent company.

I was driving down the freeway near one of Robinsons waste trucks. A huge rock or piece of cement flew out of the back of their truck. I contacted the company because the truck was not properly secured. They told me that because I didnt have video proof they couldn't do anything about it and even if I did have it they probably couldn't help. I was 3 to 4 car lengths behind them and I was I aother lane. So now I have to buy a 300 windshield that I just replaced 3 months ago. Becareful driving near their work trucks! It could cost you!

Have missed our trash can well over 6 times. I have a full trash can now, for the 7th or 8th time that has to sit for another week. How hard is it to pick up a trash can on a road? If you’re looking for attention to detail this isn’t the place. I live on Hill AFB. Not expecting my trash to be picked up at this point it’s a guessing game. Horrible service.
