Such a great experience! Both our pick up and drop off customer experience was exceptional. David helped us in getting the perfect vehicle, and I'm not sure who we did the drop off with (he didn't usually work there), but he was incredibly helpful as well. We went out of our way to pay more for Enterprise vs the other car rental agencies in the area, and I am so glad that we did. Thank you!

I have previously give this location 5 start review just because of excellent customer service and vehicle availability. But my recent experience with this location was nightmare experience. Initially when I made reservation I work with branch manager 'Henna' (I might have incorrect spelling) and book vehicle for 2 days and with extreme weather I return vehicle little over 30 minutes so I work with her and explain her so initially I was charged for 3 days and she updated back to 2 days.. One month later I find out I was charged for 3 days and when I call "new manager" "Becca" than I realize it's not company but people make difference in experience. Becca was not cooperative and when I offer to email her receipt I received with 2 days of rental she denied to update and said it is what it is .. I can't change anything ... I said I won't be renting from this location and her response was it's your choice So please make sure and understand who you dealing with and if possible avoid this location. Hope they have better customer service in future but for now I won't be renting from this location.

Waited One hour and 30 minutes when we were supposed to pick up vehicle and I was the only one asked to call insurance so she can get proof I was covered on a rental car she also asked for a copy of my insurance card and said it was procedure but we were behind to other people but only the black guy had to call and proof but her turning red said a lot while she was lying
