Been going here almost daily for years. I've never had anything but fast, friendly service. The manager and staff have always gone out of their way to help me if I have any postal related issues. Super nice and helpful people!

I don't know how this post office treats its employees, but it must be horrible because everytime I go in the staff look absolutely miserable and share the bad attitude. Rude, don't let you finish a sentence, and must be trained not to smile. USPS needs to do better at this commercial store, your staff needs help.

When I first moved here a couple of years ago I was impressed with this post office and how well-run it seemed to be. Unfortunately in recent months we have had multiple challenges: a mail carrier who can't seem to get things in the right box and critical federal gov't paperwork that gets returned (at least twice) despite having the correct address on it. Now the latest is that the USPS online notification system which alerts one about the arrival of mail doesn't work, and to top it all off our bank of mailboxes has been removed for sidewalk repair and we have not received even a simple courtesy notice to let us know our mail will not be delivered. Sadly, this is A LOT of mistakes for one post office!

3624 Commercial St S. They built the building but the parking lot is way too small as is the lobby you will be standing in a long line. During winter with snow and ice on the sidewalks i noticed they do not remove or even put down rock salt. They do have two inside the lobby mailboxes for packages but when they are full they self lock and also you can not fit a flat rate box board game size in it. Also my mail is delivered randomly to the wrong mail box as is i receive other address mail not mine. Not good for your personal information. Then it is on me to drive or walk the street at night in the dark and delivery it. Packages delivered outside they do not even put in the clear plastic sack when raining. Flat rate boxes package shipping fees go up outrageous every year. As a Ebay seller can not even sale any more. I do give them credit if you email with a concern they do call now.

Possibly delivered to front door
That is up to you. You may visit the post office during open hours and get a change of address card.
Ours was just recently broken into off of Pringle and McGilcrest in SE salem. The post office will send someone out to repair it, we heard from our mailman that there are only 2 repairmen that work between Woodburn and Albany so it could take a couple weeks before they get to it. While the box is damaged your mail is being held at the post office, they won't deliver to damaged boxes. Then once your box is repaired your mail service will resume. Hope this helps 😊
They have boxes there. Not sure of availability.
I'm sorry. I don't know.
Yes, it is.
Yes it should cost 1 dollar anything charging more is not through the postal service
No. You need to come to the post office in person during open hours to fill out a change of address form.
Yes. But be prepared that it may take quite a bit more time than expected. I think they consider these shipments as low priority.
