Great park!

Love this park. Trail is amazing, park is clean and the playground is fun for kids of all ages. Park has lots of seats if you want a nice cozy place to sit and read a good book. Cute doggies walking around and there’s fenced areas for doggies of all sizes to play which is great because it cuts down on dog poo being all over the park. Alpharetta community center is there as well, there’s a number of things for people in the community to get into there. Overall, I give this place a 10/10 😁

We use and walk the Red/Purple walking trails/paths often. Wills Park is well maintained in most ways except for the walking trails/paths which are in horrible condition. The trails/paths have very large cracks and holes and are a danger to hundreds of walkers who use them. In many areas there is white markings indicating awareness of the broken surfaces on the trails but nothing is done to repair the damage. The rest of Wills Park, the ball fields, equestrian center and playgrounds are well maintained while the walking paths, used by hundreds a day are a disgrace.

They do not have the equipment to play pickleball. You would have to bring the equipment and either reserved a court or get to one of the first come first serve courts.
Go to the main office or call them. Much easier to talk to them directly. We had a need to use a Pavilion on a timeline and it worked out nicely.
Yes there is a paved trail that runs along the perimeter of the park.
I do not believe so. Tennis, soccer, baseball, softball, equestrian but no volleyball
I'm not sure about the leash laws there, but I let my dog catch frisbee there then put her back on a leash.
Yes they are open yo public but they get used often so you have to sign up for them. They also have smaller fields so you can do t-ball too.
I would guess Labor Day weekend
DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel at Windward is a nice hotel and reasonably priced in Alpharetta, and closed to Wills Park. Here is the address and phone: 2925 Jordan Ct, Alpharetta, GA 30004 (678) 347-0022 Enjoy your time in Alpharetta!

I don't know of any organization doing painting classes in the park, but you may want to contact the Alpharetta Community Center. They are located in the park and offer a lot of services in their building.
