Love the facility! Had an amazing event but Andrea is just not great to work with. If/when we get things worked out I will change my review but as of now not feeling so confident to recommend this place. They wrote our contract wrong and we ended up paying $500 more than we should have in the end. Please be cautious of your contract. I talked to them about it when I signed it and she said it was okay because we didn’t have to have the numbers until 7 days before. Got them numbers 7 days before as requested and still nothing changed. When you are trying to plan an event you trust the people and what they say over the phone. I would get everything in writing with this one and be super cautious. Beautiful place, great food, just not sure I would continue to recommend them to my friends. You would think if you are spending almost $10,000 and recommending friends who are going to do the same there would be some kind of customer service. 5/21- Updating my review. Still no response from Andrea as to a solution. She could have just said come in one day or dinner on us or something so small and simple to continue a positive relationship. My husband and I are both in jobs where we deal with customer service and I couldn’t imagine treating a person who could potentially be a repeat customer and wants to bring in more customers this way. Clearly Andrea is not someone in sales or in the business of wanting repeat customers. Oh well. I hate to keep saying Andrea but Jess was amazing, it’s just this last little hiccup that has left a super sour feeling and it makes me so sad.
