I've lived here at Everleigh Halcyon for 11 months now. The past Management was absolutely miserable. Almost all of them are gone, thank goodness (2 left that must go). In the interim, Kristine Hawkins was here sitting in to assist during the transition. She went over and above to assist the Residents. We've never had anyone so attentive. We wish we could keep her but understand new Management is on the way.

Called and left three messages over several days. So, I went to property. They were at lunch but gave me brochure - couldn't show me anything until the following day at 2pm. Pretty property in great location.

This is a 55+ community that we pay a lot of money to live here. Management is not attentive to their responsibility to ensure quality of life for residents by cutting every cost corner possible. Residents are allowed to babysit indiscriminately unruly children that create noise and havoc non-stop. Beware of signing a lease to live here!! Terms of the lease are applied in a discriminatory manner!!
