She showed me kindness. She is a professional customer service expert. She knows everyone by name. The property is clean and well lit. This is the best experience I've had with a storage facility. I’m going into 3rd year renting here, it’s great and I want to stay as long as I need storage. Great location and no issues ever. Except my last bill didn’t seem right… so I went in office to talk to Charlotte and explained situation. She said she’d see what she could do, and within minutes had the issue completely resolved. Even better solution than I’d hoped for going into office. Great customer service and I feel good having my stuff there. Definitely recommend.

This is a very safe and clean storage facility. Charlotte always went above and beyond with each experience I had with her. I accidentally left some items behind when I moved out. Charlotte called me immediately to let me know. She was extremely helpful in arranging to have these items disposed for me, as I was already on the road. If i am ever in need of storage on this area again, it will be this location without a doubt.
