I lived here for most of my childhood and it was a great experience. Though, the year before we moved, the pool was closed and it was a terrible summer. The newer managers let ducks swim in the pool but not the people who lived here. Otherwise, it was always fun. Very kid friendly with the park and the swimming pool. The place is also very close to all types of schools, pre-school, elementary, middle school, and high school. Never used the laundry facilities in the apartments because we had one, but was a great feature nonetheless. An ice-cream truck used to drive through, but not sure if it does anymore. The place also has vending machines with soda. More than I could ask for with how nice it was. Wish we didn't have to move those years ago, we had the apartment on the corner with the big backyard.

I have lived here for almost 2 years & love it. The location is fantastic - close to the river, downtown Milwaukie (& the amazing farmers market), & most any store or food you could want. My apartment is, yes, old, as many in Portland are, but spacious & comfortable. Anything that needs fixing is done right away, even after hours, by David. Management has been nothing but friendly & helpful since the moment i set foot on the property.

Personally I've lived here for about 7 years and life has been great the management is kind but I must confess the apartment itself is kinda... weak are apartment was old and growing moldy (not the black type) resulting in us having to move to a different apartment on the same complex. P.s the stairs can be pretty steap.

I’ve lived here for 1 year and Rosalie is great she has always worked with me to make sure that I am happy she just put a new pet station in she is the best manager
