I toured the Griffis South Waterfront with Andrea today. She is amazing and made me feel right at home. Even though she had another prospective tenet right after me, she didn't make me feel rushed. I so appreciated her friendliness, knowledge and genuine helpful attitude. It is a beautiful building with excellent amenities. I am fairly certain I will be a tenet now!

I scheduled an apartment tour, and Meghan was not helpful with directions to the leasing office. She did not care that I was from out of town or didn't have a jacket, so I was left to walk around the entire building looking for another entrance that did not exist in the pouring rain. I would not recommend visiting this place to live; I should have listened to the reviews myself.

Not to happy after move out, assumed all balance has been paid since I had ach autopay setup. Apparently they don’t withdraw for last payment. Never been contacted once no phone calls regarding any unpaid balance. Then balance was sent to a debt collector to ding my credit score. Other than that office people are all very nice. Just wish I got a phone call.

I love living here! Everyone who works here is so kind and helpful. I've never had such a responsive and caring team (including maintenance) in rentals before, so this has been a pleasure! The apartments are nice AND dog friendly, with great amenities (gym, outdoor terrace with BBQs) and large windows, which I love! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to rent in SW Portland. The area is lovely and quiet as well.
