Update: I stayed here for 11 days total because our home AC was out. Literally every single employee that I've worked with here is AMAZING. Special shout out to the manager too! Girl you helped so much these past two weeks!! Thank you for everything!! - This hotel is pet friendly and conveniently about a block from my house. Our AC went out at home so we had to bunk here, BEST STAFF ever and spacious rooms with more than adequate amenities. Very grateful to you all, thank you ❤️

Positive: Absolutely nothing except the front desk staff member Tamara who had good customer service. Negative: Paid for a non smoking room-got a absolutely nasty/smelly room. Then got moved to another room and that room had a dirty bathroom with dirty towels. I had to go to the front desk multiple times to have room service come clean the bathroom and was useless.

Positive: Familiarity. I¿ve stayed here at least 7 times over the past 6 or 7 years. It¿s close to my relatives, gyms, movies, etc. Negative: I wish staff would keep residents from standing in the breezeway/entrance to the hotel smoking cigarettes. Also, hanging around the doorways with their dogs. There was also a couple of guys just sitting in the lobby watching people check in.

DO NOT STAY HERE. I was told check in was at 3p. I arrived at 6p the room was not ready, the room they tried to give me was on the first floor in the ghetto of the hotel with drunk sweaty men around every corner with Chihuahua barking, huge dogs barking and the room door ate the key first try. Instead of giving me the nice room I paid for the rude blonde older lady at the front desk yelled at me and told me to wait for the mechanic. What?? I tried to tell her I've just drove for hours and need rest can I have another room? This isn't even the one I paid for. She yells, no just sit there on your bags and wait. Hour goes by and finally we get a working room. I get a little sleep and wake up with BED BUGS. Don't waste your time and money if you value your health. Never staying here again. Business trip from hell.
