It was a 45 minute ordeal to just get working keys after going back and forth to rooms. One of the rooms was occupied. The girl at the Front Desk was overwhelmed with unsatisfied guests. There was no manager at the place only a young desk girl. She kept making keys and sending us to the rooms that did not open. We were exhausted and frustrated. This is a management problem and the girl did her best. Obviously no One is checking the door keys in this building and no one marks the rooms out of order in the system. The place is filty! And the furniture in the common are is nasty dirty and broken. Horrible stay not Hilton worthy!

We had a great stay at this HI&S this week! The rooms were clean, comfy, well stocked, and everything worked! The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with plenty of choices. The weight room is fantastic…clean, spacious with more equipment and machines than most Hamptons I’ve stayed at. The pool/spa looked nice, but we didn’t use it. Overall, it was a great 3 day stay with lots of restaurants nearby, ASU a only 7 minutes away, Sky Harbor 11 minutes, and downtown Phoenix just 20 minutes!

Changed over to this hotel after other property was still covid shut down. Everyone is very friendly and have taken care of anything I need. Donna at the front desk is very nice and was able to accomodate my early check in and me adding a week on a different reservation. Hotel is very clean, breakfast is great! This is a great location too, close to Oldtown and Tempe. Food Options all around. Will be continuing to stay at this location for my work trips in Phoenix

Positive: Best hotel I¿ve stayed at in a long time! I loved the breakfast and amenities and the room was spacious and gorgeous bathroom. Checked off all the important boxes. Negative: The only problem was there was no microwave smh ¿¿¿¿¿¿¿ would have elevated the room even more. Running downstairs to use the communial microwave wasn¿t enjoyable and they could put more of a variety of snacks for purchase.
