Bank only by appointment but neither the phone nor the website allows you to make an appointment. The "Make an Appointment" on website does not allow you to make an appointment, the phone number has a recording but no option to leave a message to make an appointment, if you chose the only option it hangs up the call. If you go into the bank they refuse to make an appointment and say to call them. Useless.

Not even open during branch hours. Someone stands outside the front doors and tells everyone to use the drive thru, which of course has a huge line. This is completely ridiculous. Update: Unable to resolve my issue in drive thru after extensive waiting. Told no bankers available at this branch until next week! Avoid this place, go to a local credit union.

Why is it possible for Wells Fargo to close an account without notifying the customer. It's even reflecting a zero balance -- where's the money? Yeah I highly recommend using a different bank.

This is my branch location… but for some reason the lobby is never open anymore. I’m running business and it would be nice to be able to access my bank when needed. Might be time to take up one of the competitors offers..
