It wasn't busy, the wings were cold and the server was nice in helping us figure out the menu. When I told them my food was cold they just re dropped the wings I already had in the grease then re smothered them in sauce. From working in the food industry I could tell the wings weren't to temp. I ate them anyway and got sick anyway. This was my first, and last time eating at this location

Thank you Kathleen we had a wonderful time! Service was on point! My girlfriend and I got served right away and helped to a booth. Our waitress Kathleen was absolutely the most helpful and kind person ever, she even made a recommendation of trying the cheese curds with caramel, and she was right, they were so good! She even refilled our drinks on her own! Thank you again so much Kathleen, we really appreciate your help!

Our server was new, so she is not to blame for our experience, but 3/6 orders at our table were incorrect. I'm totally fine with a mistake being made but there was no recourse, and it was awful how it was handled. No refunds, waited an extra hour for the food. And then received "it's company policy" as a reason for not being able to improve our experience. Buffalo wild wings, do better and be better than that. Your employees are obviously not empowered to make things right with your patrons.

Service was really good, but sheesh can I get some wings with my sauce? More sauce than wings completely drenched. No I know some people like that but there is literally a quart of sauce underneath all of my wings as well. The wings themself are good the quality of the wing is good the size of the wing is good. Overall once you get the 17 lb of sauce off the wings not a bad spot for wings other than the price. Literally had to rinse off the wings sauce is good and all but I'd like to have a little bit of chicken with that. Again not a bad experience service was really good place was very clean everybody was extremely polite management was definitely patrolling the whole entire restaurant on top of the job. Again not a bad establishment just a little too much sauce
