Positive: comfortable, quiet , friendly staff. Breakfast was well stoked. Negative: While there were details in the bathroom that could have been repaired or repaired better, the staff overall and the atmosphere did a great job and over shadowed the negative details.

One -star for the high price of pet “friendliness” - $50 fee + $100 deposit. And, to get the best rate, I had to sit on the lobby and book a room on a third party website….so one-star for customer “friendliness”. Location and room were nice; desk agent not so friendly. Work seemed like an annoyance.

I actually was not able to stay at the comfort inn in Tempe due to a family emergency but I was very impressed by Alma, at the front desk. She was very nice and helpful, looking up information on the Internet for me. I’m sure that if I had stayed, my stay would’ve been very nice.

First off, I never write reviews but the situation at hand calls for one. Tonight as I had just gotten off a long road trip with my wife driving us. We parked in the hotel parking lot to check the rate for the evening online. And not even one minute goes by and some gentle man walked up to our car and said there's no loitering here. He then proceeds to say we ain't got no rooms open. He didn't even ask us if we had a room or anything. Just said No loitering here when the website clearly stated they have availability for the evening. The worst staff member ever. Then he proceeds to stand behind the car after asking us to leave. While trying to take a picture of our tag. Blocked us in the parking lot just all around an uncomfortable experience I've stayed at numerous Comfort Inns throughout my travels but I sincerely don't like the creepy vibe the man gave off. Would appreciate a reply from management.. I'm canceling my 2 week stay at a different comfort inn altogether due to this situation
