Went in for a quick car wash , and wasn’t happy the first time I went in due to my windows still looking a little dirty after my wash. I decided to go back and let them know my issue and how unhappy I was. The guys went above and beyond to help me ! No problems what so ever , they were so kind and friendly definitely walked away SO much happier. The guys working made my experience feel like I mattered as a customer ! I will DEFINITELY be coming back ! Thanks guys !!

This place badly needs to up their maintenance spend. Tire shine hasn't worked in months and every time I go it seems like more spray nozzles are broken. The spray nozzles are important because adequate soap and water is what prevents the brushes from scratching your car. When I went through today, at least one brush had no water at all. The towels are nice, or at least they would be if they were dry. Their dryer must be broken too because the towels are always damp. As a result, they don't absorb much.

Aliyah is awesome! He was very helpful and kind. Great customer service skills. We will definitely come back because of him!!! They do allow use of towels so thats always a plus!

I've been going to this car wash since they open using an Unlimited pass each month. Unfortunately over the past year or more the Quality of their equipment is suffering: the Tire Shine isn't usually so shiny most days; the vacuums pressure is hit/miss depending on the time of day or other factors; and, most frustrating to me personally, the air pressure sprayers are unusually fouled one way or another ... low pressure, bad hoses, or most offensively are these weird floppy tube things that they are replace the normal "gun style" mechanisms. What?! I often have to try multiple bays before finding well functioning components. There are positives: staff is usually attentive and friendly, actually WASH quality has been consistent, and the TOWELS! Thank gawd for towels, there is nothing worse than having to bring your own or simply not having them available to finish the job. LOVE that aspect immensely! Look, I appreciate that running a resource-intensive operation like this would be extremely challenging across many dimensions. However, it's worth re-investing that OPEX every day because SuperStar and 3 Minute and the others have a captive audience: all of the traditional car washes have either gone out of business or shifted to this new model. There's no where else for me to take it besides Competition and I don't want to do that ... I just want to get the Value I need when I use it! Around the time this wide-spread equipment degradation started, I was lucky enough to be there when a new Ops Manager was assessing the situation. I expressed my opinion, felt like I was heard, and believed that the problem would get rectified. Unfortunately I've not experienced that and only request a CONSISTENT, excellent Experience each time I go there. Rather I feel like the excellent part is being atrophied out of that desire. Thus my reason for taking all this time to write this very long review (and because I was asked to, they gave me a little piece of paper saying so ...) EDIT: After visiting the other day, I re-considered my rather harsh critique about the air hose guns. Right around the time the makeshift ones began to appear was during COVID and I'm guessing that it's possible --as a result of supply-chain issues-- they may not have been able to source the proper gun nozzles. If that's the case, I now view the homemade replacements as a rather creative (but ineffective unfortunately) temporary solution to the problem. If that's true, bravo!

Questions & Answers

I've had the Fast Pass for about 4 months now. The first 2 months I was charged $14.99 but the last few months I was charged $29.99. What's up with that? I tried sending a message through the website but it'd wouldn't let me.
