I don't usually get my car washed because it tends to be disappointing. Going on a long trip, though, and wanted the interior nice and clean. I told them I did not even care about the exterior. I only cared to have the interior deep cleaned. It cost $130 and it was not at all worth it. They didn't even attempt to clean many parts of it. I will not be returning and I would urge anyone looking for a deep clean to do it themselves. edit: adding a star because they did actually clean these areas once I brought it back in. Still wildly overpriced and I gotta recommend anyone reading just does it themselves.

I went in to have a door cleaned. They attempted to charge me $300 and I kept telling them that I didn’t need the entire car cleaned just the dirty door. The car is a brand new 2022 vehicle. They went down to $120 and promised me there would be no more stains and would look brand new. I picked my car up and it looked like all they had done was wipe it down and the staining was still completely visible. One of the employees said they called me to pick it up when wet so it did look clean. He went and ran a quick steamer over it again so it did look clean. He told me once it dries it will look stained again. Don’t go here! Save yourself the money and just do it yourself!

I paid $179 dollars to get my two front carpets removed and vacuumed and for them to oil up my dashboard. When I asked about the pedals, the seats, and the floors between the seats, they stated that all that is extra. When I complained about the services, the man was preoccupied with upselling me. I could have removed the two rugs and oiled up the dashboard for less than I paid for. Horrible service!

Charles has this place running like a Rolex! Nothing ever changes, every single time I come in with my fast pass it’s a seem less experience. In and out service and always get my wheels perfect.
