Craving some cookies and ice cream so decided to try Insomnia And I can definitely say if you try this hidden gem you will not be disappointed!!! ☺️ We were served by Nani and she was so sweet and helpful in deciding what to get … Cookies were nice and warm … I’ll definitely be returning!

The cookies are tasty, like, unreal tasty, but they have not gotten my order right, once. I have ordered multiple times thinking they’d change, but nope! I ordered $35 worth of cookies, and I was delivered somebody else’s 6 pack of cookies. When I chose to have my original order redelivered, it never showed. I called 3 separate times, and all three times, they said “oh she’s on her way she’s on her way” and I never received my order. Had to get a refund after all that. Never order from this location if you want a convenient delivery. Craving at night? Order LITERALLY anywhere else to spare yourself the headache.

wow!!! best cookies in the valley and the managment is awesome! highly recommended. our favorite was the deluxe salted caramel.

I have had so many bad experiences trying o get cookies from this place it’s unreal. Whether they never have cookies available, they don’t take orders in the store, Literally any reason. I’ve literally told myself stop ordering from them. Last night I say screw it, I’m sure it’ll be fine this time, and I try an order for delivery. 30$ worth of cookies. Literally just doesn’t show up. I call, they just seem confused by everything. Now, there’s no way to get my money back, and I wasted an hour and a half waiting outside and trying to figure this out. Enjoy my money, because you’re not going to get any more.
