Beware....once you move in you're stuck when they raise the rent. **** This is an updated review from 5 stars to 1 star. I had to vacate this month because of 2 price increases with less than a month's notice each time. My original rent for a 10 x 10 climate controlled unit was $116 in April 2021. They raised my rent in Sept 2021 to $133. Then they raised my rent again in June 2022 to $162. Both times I called to negotiate, but they would not work with me after I explained to them I'm on Soc Sec disability and on a fixed income. I was never late and no explanation was provided for the increase. Greed Greed Greed Storage rental was very affordable and the online process for making the reservation and payment was very easy. Had a few questions about my reservation and reserving the free truck for moving. I called the store directly and John was extremely helpful and kind. Also I want to mention the Life Storage Blog is very informative and was helpful to me during this transition in my life. I highly recommend this company and this location for your storage needs.
