I've been renting a unit here for sometime now & up to this month have been satisfied with this establishment. The staff in the office has changed three times since I initially rented my unit, my rental fee on my unit was increased without notice, been trying to make payment on my unit since the 3rd of this month & was told by phone that I was 3 months behind by a staff member, which is false due to the fact My account was current with my payment back in July.. I was told that by this staff member that he found my July payment & his Supervisor was going to check into this issue & call me back. Since my conversation with this individual, I haven't been able to contact or receive any response from anyone at this facility. Very unprofessional way of doingbusiness. I didn'teven want to give them the one star. FrustCustomer.

It's incredible how calm they are after you tell them that they stole everything, they don't even change the door lock since they broke it to get all your belongings, DO NOT PUT YOUR THINGS IN THERE. THEY STEAL WHEN THEY WANT AND THEY DON'T TAKE RESPONSIBILITY OR EVEN SHOW YOU THE SECURITY VIDEOS AND THE MANAGER IS ALWAYS ON VACATION. Too bad really 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 M
