Overall the room was warm, the ac unit struggled to keep up with the heat. Beds were ok only 3 pillows per bed 2 people per bed. Upper floor would creak every time someone would walk upstairs. Not the greatest I've come to know from a Hilton Hotel. Disappointing to say the least and the point are not worth using here.

TOP-NOTCH EVENT SERVICE! We held a company customer event at this location and cannot say enough good things about it. Event staff Gloria and Beatriz were outstanding! Both were very professional, welcoming, friendly and accommodating to our staff and guests. The food was tasty and everything was set up as requested, with welcomed suggestions made by event staff that worked out great. The location was perfect for our needs, was well-lit with excellent sound (pretty important to event planners). Planning of our event was led by Sales Coordinator Nancy Aguirre and Director Richard Emmerling, who both helped to ensure everything went off without a hitch. What a great team, their efforts made US shine to our customers and guests, what else can you ask for?

Nice hotel, great location. However the tub is super slippery. No traction strips. I didn't realize until I slipped, luckily caught myself, and avoided fully falling. But I still strained my back in that one slip. I mentioned it to the young lady up front but she didn't seem too interested. Not rude by any means, just not interested. I was upset because the rest of my trip was in pain. I thought almost all, especially Hilton, would have traction strips on tub floor. Just be careful getting in and out of the tub. Other than that, I would recommend. I like to stay at this location whenever in Phoenix.

We checked in last night and was told that we had a free breakfast with our room. When we came down this morning. We were not on the list. Ridiculous! Also our beds were rock hard. The beds hurt our back. The pillow s are a joke. The only good thing I can say is the man who drove the shuttle bus was very helpful for my Dad. He needs to teach the other employees at this Hilton Garden Inn costumer service skills. Cut out the Bob Marley music in the lobby. I like Bob Marley but enough is enough. Thank you

Yes...The whole place was very clean.The service there was great..They clean rooms everyday unless you tell them not to.I highly this place.recommend
Yes. There is a phone booth for local hotels. You can call them. Close distance. Taxi faster because you have to wait 20 min till they arrive.
