Bought my new Kia Telluride from Hart Kia this week. Excellent service was provided. Everyone was very nice and friendly. Craig Bell was awesome. Jason the general manager was also great, and he was physically cleaning and making sure the car was ready for us. There was no hassle at all. Very honest and open. I really recommend this place to buy your next car.

This review is based on my first service appt I had with Hart Kia. Having never been there, I went to the new car sales lot before being redirected up the street to their service facility center which definitely gives a 1989 vibe. The service counter is on your left as you drive up, but the waiting room is to the right with a portico connection between the two buildings. My biggest gripe I had regarded my appointment time and when my vehicle was actually taken in. Nearly 90 minutes…. I made my appointment over two weeks out, for a seatback release lever which was never connected at the factory. 45 minutes into my wait I asked why my car wasn’t taken in and was told my appointment was with the service advisor, not with a slot in a bay with an actual mechanic. I was very clear when making my appointment I was going to have to wait for them to complete the inspection and/or repair. Ive been buying new vehicles and utilizing dealer service centers for 30 years and even worked as a tech/mechanic for many years, never have I heard that one before. I didn’t need an advisor appt, I needed my vehicle in a bay. What’s the point here? All in all, the advisor was fine and the seatback cable was connected, but a huge waste of time and not a very efficient program. Valuing the customers time should be at the top of the program, Id hate to have needed a loaner. 2022 EV6

Absolutely the worst dealership ever! Would give zero stars if possible. I purchased car from them and purchased the extended warranty. I called them two months ago for repairs to my car and no one ever returned my call. Then I was told the girl I spoke with quit and never documented that I needed the repair. Now they are stating that’s my fault and my car is now out of the extended warranty that I am still paying for! This dealership doesn’t care to help once you’ve purchased the car! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!
