Beautiful campground surrounded by mountains :). I was here for 13 weeks on a nurse travel contract. I had the best experience with Donna. She was very friendly and accommodating. The park was very safe and quiet. I was here during the winter and never had any issues. Donna and her husband are fantastic and very helpful. I was about 6 minutes from carilion Hospital.

This is our home away from home when we travel throughout the United States and abroad. We have been in and out of the park for 22 years. The residents here are our family. ❤️❤️❤️ We have met people in the last 22 years and are still friends today. We have definitely made great friends especially in the RV Park here at Salem village. Yes. For a camper, $600 1st month then $450 each month after. Electric bill is yor responsibility.
Not sure how much 4 to 6 days cost but I know you can rent a spot for how ever many days you want. Water and electric and sewage disposal is available.

I'm not sure if all lots are the same price but ours was $500 and we had to pay electric which ran around 50-60 a month. You would have to call them to check on availability... we had to be on a wait list to get it but my husband checked on it every couple weeks and finally we got in.

Can't help you, we were just visiting family who are traveling nurses. The place has a lot of full time residents, and many are working people. It is pretty nice, has a laundramat, small stream adjacent, plenty of things to do in Virginia. You need to call their office to answer your question.
I dont live there but got several friends that do. Lot rent is 350 mo i think. Includes water and sewer ser. There are sev homes for sale now. Lived there a yr and loved it. Highly recommend.
