Introverts beware, this place is not for those who simply want to pay rent, and have service requests answered in a timely fashion. I've been here 9 month, 7 of those with new management, and every month there has been a need to address either billing concerns or failure to address maintenance requests. Office team is unreliable, unhelpful, and will simply be rude. Water was recently shut off in my building because Emergency maintenance failed to answer a call for a water heater malfunction and the fire department was required to shut off the main.

Do not believe the website. Especially if moving from out of town and don’t have a chance to actually see the complex. The buildings are old, there is no landscape, it’s just overgrowth, lots of chipping walls, currently undergoing renovations left and right so it is like a construction zone, Which I would normally applaud but I won’t because they charged me way more than they should have for my 80s style apartment and there is nothing luxurious about this complex like they claim. Pool has been shut down since the heat started. We’re all paying for these “amenities” were not actually getting. They don’t care about the current tenants. Just have us like puppets left and right while they order all this construction with no consideration. I read the reviews prior to writing my own and they are accurate, don’t trust the management. They are actually quite rude and unhelpful. It’s true they don’t answer the phone. I walked in to ask a question and I immediately got attitude from the new community manager. But she was quite proud to say “I’m the manager” and It was uncalled for. Not sure what the deal is here, but I’m fed up with them.

The new management has been here two months and it is clear that they treat tenants with no respect. It takes them a month to deposit rent payments. Give all but no notice when doing maintenance. They STILL have not given out a correct phone number to call the office. Even the one they list on google is incorrect. This after two months of managing.

Just moved in last month I don’t understand any of the comments as I haven’t had any complaints thus far, I did experience a few roaches when I moved in but I’m sure that’s because the unit was empty for awhile and they had it sprayed prior to move in. They did just sell to a new property management company and they have complete new staffing, I honestly think the issues came from previous management. The location is very convenient & has a lot of shopping centers nearby, very quiet. My last apt was on 27th & Indian school so you can only imagine how much of a difference this is.
