Positive: I've stayed with this chain when possible for several years. The staff was amazing during checking in, and checking out. This is a newer facility than some of the others, very comfortable.

Worse, hotel experience in my life. They double charged me and made me wait for 2 hours for an update system to be able to give me a room at 1 am. I never got a room. (Update) I called to be able to get a response, and I spoke to Paul at the front desk, disappointed with his lack of patience and I had to drive back to the hotel to speak to the manager. He wasn't there but I founded that they refunded one of my payments I'm still waiting for the second. Cash was really friendly in the front desk and help me to try to solve my situation.

This hotel could use some love in the form of maintenance and furnishings in the rooms. The front desk staff are friendly and professional, and one who stands out the most to me during my stay is Cash!!!! She is very friendly and outgoing and goes the extra mile to make sure your stay is comfortable and that you have what you need to enjoy your stay!

Room had broken chest of drawers, lamp didn’t work, no hangers in the closet, no kitchen utensils plates cups pans as advertised. Wires handing down where overhead light fixture once was. I did not take my socks off the rug was so dirty. Male Front desk staff not friendly or welcoming. We were told that housekeeping only comes through every two weeks. Bed was comfortable, area was quiet for sleeping and easy access to major roads. Homeless appearing people on sidewalk and near front entrance. Breakfast and coffee was good. Staff was quick to switch out chest of drawers and lamp.
