As soon as you walk in the lobby it smells like smoke. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and still checked in. Was in the room for 3 minutes, ended up leaving to another hotel after checking in. The room smelled a lot like smoke, the room was very dirty, one of the comforters had a stain and overall hotel appearance was very dirty. Staff was nice, seems like management needs to do some advocacy to spend some sanitation dollars and update the hotel. Would not recommend.

Easy check in, clean rooms, and great food. Staff were amazing! Super friendly. They saw us walking to the pool and brought us fresh towels and showed us the hot tub. The breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. We were almost late but they quietly moved and let us grab some food.

Guest restroom smelled HOWEVER When We told front desk lady Qua or Q she sincerely apologized and told us she would immediately clean since all of the housekeepers we're fine for the day. I came back down an hour later and the restroom was very clean! So kiddos for that! Our room was clean however the red light on the phone was constantly blinking again Qua promptly told me how to stop that from happening.

Very friendly atmosphere. Beautiful lobby. It offers a sense of comfort.. Front desk works hard to accommodate guest with placement, due to what's most convenient for the traveler. A few modifications taking place, but no true obstacles. Housekeepers are friendly and helpful. The maintenance area respond to calls quickly to accommodate. The breakfast is one of the best in the city that I've encountered in my travels. The pool area is a true luxury. Located inside, and temperature controlled. Hot tub is soothing. All these areas or located just near the Suites. Rooms are beautiful and relaxing. I'll visit again soon.
