They do have polite staff just returns or exchanges are impossible nearly and they stopped carrying alot of the tobacco products they used to.

Not very good anymore. I received completely stale menthol tobacco and have been getting the run around on exchanging it. They also stopped carrying a few main brands of tobacco.
