I've been going here for years and the employees are friendly and helpful. I go in today to buy a pod twist walked out to my car (parked right in front of the stores from door). Tried my pod twist and it didn't work so I go back in the store and tell the owner and she said I was a liar and God would punish me and that they try them all so they no it works and accused me of switching out out my old one with the new broken one, (I don't no how they would try it though when they are sealed in a package and place in a box). After this experience I will no longer take my business to them.

Three stars cuz it’s close to my house and their prices are decent. I’ve had several lousy experiences here. From things breaking/not working. To being yelled at by one of the women who works there because I had the receipt for the vape that never worked and had been in my possession for less than 12hrs. But since their handwritten sign says no refunds or returns/exchanges that’s their “policy”. Two or three of the girls that work here are truly lovely. But they really need to up their customer service skills and maybe consider the concept of customer retention. All my money has since gone elsewhere and I now drive out of my way to avoid this place. I’ve only gotten one damaged vape since I stopped shopping here and it was exchanged with ease and no hassle. Customers shouldn’t be berated for wanting to return something that doesn’t work.
