This mcdonalds never gets an order correct and at least one evening manager is rude and unprofessional. Very disappointing and only go now for happy meals for the kids, but even then, we've had missing toys or 4 piece nuggets given for a 6 piece order. I'm not one who complains often, and this is my first poor review for Google, but if there was negative stars, I'd give it. It hasn't just been one time, but I have counted at least 10 straight somehow messed up orders before I stopped going except for an easy happy meal. And trying to even get a manager to talk to took 15 mins to get her to the front and wasn't productive at all.

Stopped by this evening and double checked the hours before arriving. The website said they were open until 8pm. Google listing said they were open until 8pm. Even the McDonald's app stated they were open. We got to the restaurant at 6:54pm, and find out they are closed. I had a family that was hungry for dinner and they were also in need if using the restroom. Also, just as my family was arriving back to the car, 2 tour buses arrived, each loaded with passengers. The buses both parked in the McDonald's parking lot and all of the passengers of the buses slowly exited the bus and we're headed to McDonald's as well, only to find out that the doors were locked. We attempted to inform the passengers that the restaurant was closed and the doors were locked, but they did double check for themselves to find out all the doors were locked the restaurant was closed even though all of the lights outside and inside the restaurant were turned on. Due to these circumstances, we had no other option but to visit the grocery store located behind the restaurant in attempt to find something for my family to eat. The two buses full of passengers did the same thing. Because of this, we will make a note of it and make sure to not patronize this restaurant in the future, no matter the situation.

Mobile order. Didn't get food. Staffers ignored me. No refund.

Just ordered from there tonight. Had a mobile order that had 1 meal and 2 large fries as well as a few other things. Didn't get my medium fries for my meal so I went through the drive through to get them and the manager tried to tell the employee working the window to not give me my fries I paid for. Like excuse me? I'm sure if the manager sees this she'll try to deny it but I could see clear as day she was telling her employee not to give them to me and when the employee came over to hand them to me she even said "she didn't want me to give them to you" I'm sorry? I didn't realize we were just not giving people the food they paid outrageous prices for.
