Yes. Each person typically has different needs, so each person needs to be at the appointment.
Yes! We have an advisor that works with folks that are ages 60-64 who have insurance needs, but are not on Medicare yet.
Appointments are preferred since it will guarantee that we have an advisor available to help you. In addition, if you are going onto Medicare, there may be several items that the advisor will need you to bring.
