They received all of this grant money from the ARA and they don’t answer the phones nor help anyone. Rent is up there is no places and the only people using the rescue funds are the staff that are being paid to AVOID the calls of families in need. If you haven’t received a return call I urge you to report it to the OIG of grant administration. This agency is gravely miss using these funds

very rude service wouldn't recommend at all they don't answer their phones, I was on the phone with an operator an asked for his name didn't want to give out his name, I left multiple voicemails never received an phone call back, this place is terrible and should be put out of business!!!

Honestly gotta say I had a very pleasant Experience with treasure coast council, Lee would send me weekly reports of homes to try to help me get into a house that looked like they would fit my families budget and it only took one day after approval for the landlord too get the money for the down payment, Lee was an outstanding employer of this company and honestly if you guys get the assistance I would suggest you recommend having him because he was so helpful with everything and anything we needed and was all by the book and wasn’t rude one bit . Thank you guys so much for helping us we love our new home 😌🍾

This place needs to lose there funding, It is so sad that they pick who they want to help, So let me say I'm a black female who works a full-time job, I only ask for help because I just had a baby and was out of work for 6 weeks, and my BFF wants to see something, now my BFF is a white female who as not for about 8 months because Ourflorida paid her rent and light for a Year, o yea I forgot to say this I never use ourflorida, do to ourflorida not doing application anymore 211 give me the number to here, so of course, I tell my BFF because she is my BFF, so I reach out did the interview over the phone with this Lady name bonnie she took all my information said I should receive an email ok, so my BFF did the everything was told the same, sooooooo about 20 min my BFF call and said did you get the email I was like no let me check my spam mail nothing, so I call and call for a week never spoke to anyone are could not leave a voice mail. so to the story, My BFF got her rent paid for 2 months, and for me nothing.. sad sad.
