Horrible place. Fake, rude, unprofessional, extremely unorganized management with poor communication skills. They overwork their nurses and pay them peanuts almost like slave labor. If you are an over qualified nurse they feel threatened by you instead of being happy to have you. You won't be happy here or appreciated. If you have dignity and pride for what you do for a living, there are so many better places to work than this dump.
