At first I felt like I had a good experience as they were helpful in finding me what I thought Was the correct vape mod. I asked if I was allowed to return it if it wasn’t and Tayler said I could within 48 hours. Never mentioned their policy was that it was only for store credit. When I explained to the lady there within 24 hours that it was the wrong mod she said that it’s their policy. I asked how come I wasn’t told and she said it was on the receipt. So because I didn’t read the policy on one of the 30 papers at the counter I was stuck taking store credit. I then said how come it wasn’t made clear before I paid when I asked and her response was, “we usually don’t tell people until AFTER we give them the receipt.” That’s a crafty was of assuring you get to keep the money. Don’t buy electronics from there. My model was 3 mods behind and they don’t sell those pods anymore. Go elsewhere that won’t give you a problem when returning an unused product in less that 24 hours.

Quickly became my favorite smoke shop. My second of two excellent experiences today. Amazing staff, great selection, good prices, and sounds like more to come!! Jessica helped me find just what I needed today and I have to say, it is rare to find employees as patient, knowledgeable, kind, creative and efficient as she is. I'm thinking now of any excuse to return.
