Terrible front desk staff. Lazy, rude, unprofessional, unhelpful. They made several clerical errors at move-in that ended up costing me down the line, and I had to follow up several times to get it fixed. Tracy G is a lousy manager and extremely unprofessional, she’s always acting put out at having to take care of any issues. All the other negative reviews complaining about this are true. Even the local vendors that work at the complex complain about how unfriendly and unprofessional she is. If she is still the prop manager, AVOID. To the below reply: No. If you consider the service you provide anything to be proud of, you’re completely nuts.

The maintenance man Mike is absolutely on top of it. For being the only maintenance at the complex he truly works hard and makes sure everything is perfect. My key got completely stuck in my door and he showed up and got it taken care of so quick. Thank you so much. He is the best!

This review is way overdue. My husband and I lived here for about a year and 3 months. It looks "Luxury" place to live in from outside but you definitely dont get the expected treatment! The office manager is rude.. if you get packages …Ramina, Our team works hard to create five-star homes for all our residents, so it’s disappointing to see your negative perception of our community. We are sorry to hear about the miscommunication that has occurred about our package service. We will keep your review in mind as we continue to improve our community. As for move-out expenses, we do not charge you any automatic fees and we do our best to be transparent in communication about possible charges. I want to shout out a amazing staff of autumn, jackie, and their leader the awesome Ms Tracy!! Best management team I’ve seen in a long time! And on a scale of 1 to 10 I give a 11! They have taken care of our gym and hygiene during pandemic …Thanks for the special shout out! We are so thankful to have residents like you, our community wouldn't be the same without you here!
