My boyfriend and I had an amazing tour of this luxury apartment and instantly found the apartment we want to move into! As soon as we got home we filled out the application and even then was our experience incredible. Thanks to DeAngelo for answering our questions about our application and thanks to Rhonda for the detailed tour! Here's to hoping we move in soon!

I had an amazing experience at the District, they went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I was especially helped by Rhonda. She took me to all the units they had available and showed me all the space and options I had available to me, including a full tour with all the amenities, and AC controlled hall ways. Last brilliant touch was the attention to detail by offering me bottled water. Big kudos to the team there.

Had a tour as we are looking for two apartments. Did not ask for my name and just went straight into it. Okay that's fine, I get it, we are all busy. But then the tour just ended. We did not get shown the swimming pool or gym or any other amenities. Not even the lobby which we briefly were in to go to the elevators to the room. I could see the pool I think further on and thought we would get a tour of the amenities and extra rooms/gym/pool etc. I am on google seeing photos of the gym and I am shocked that this was along with other amenities was not shown in a tour especially when it looks good. After a very brief tour, no other options discussed or offered and it felt we were ushered out. We have been viewing apartments all over Scottsdale and this is the first one where we weren't even treated properly or shown anything. I do not even think they ascertained that we were wanting 2 apartments. This was the only place that whilst getting ushered out, we were not given any papers or anything with information or prices. Now looking at their website I see the amount of rooms and options we could have gone through. So what is the point of a tour? Wasted our time.

I have lived at The District Scottsdale for over 2 years. When the building was bought and had new management brought in I was kinda bummed because I'm a creature of habit and don't like change but when I did meet Ashley,, Brooke and the rest of the team I was blown away with there professionalism, organization, friendliness and how they strive for perfection and nothing is ever to much!!! It's great that you don't need to be a nudge them 20 times as the bottom line is they get the job done. I really appreciate all you do. THANKS GUYS YOU ALL ROCK!!!! You guys are "THE DREAM TEAM."
