Very nice walkable shopping village covering several square blocks. The shops are medium-high end and the restaurants are beautifully designed with large spaces and great views. There are lots of options for parking including street parking, valet parking and a parking garage.

Here every holiday season, it has to be one of the most beautiful places in the Valley to shop and eat. Great variety of stores. Always clean and inviting. Plenty of parking and a great location for people and car watching!😀

There is a parking garage back by the Amazon Bookstore, oki'd you can find parking along the street. Candytopia is on the East side of Scottsdale Rd.
This is what I could find on their website Splash Fountain Let your little ones cool off in a fun splash fountain. Conveniently located in The Quad. Fountain Hours: Mon-Sat 10am-9pm, Sun 12pm-6pm. Check it out https://scottsdalequarter.com/about-us
I have not noticed a splash pad.
